Shipping Domestic

Vehicles: Due to the highly specialized nature of the services we offer, shipping on vehicles is quoted on a case by case basis to offer you the best options for delivery.

Parts: Third party suppliers ship parts either direct from Japan or elsewhere depending on the facility that they hold them in or from locations they have been acquired from when ordered by special request. Shipping by track and trace with signature is recommend for your protection.

For both vehicles and parts you are required to organize your own insurance prior to shipping as all vehicle and parts shipping is organize on your behalf at your request and risk of damage, theft, total loss is a responsibility you bare.

Shipping International

Vehicles: We can organize on your behalf to ship vehicles to most international destinations. Please contact us and we will discuss how to provide the best options to meet your requirements.

Returns

For B2B sales we will refund, repair or replace only as required by law if we deal in the Japan side on your behalf (complete package where you pay all costs to us drive away on road in your country)

For private B2C sales we only offer you an introduction to the exporting company in Japan for parts, vehicles and other services you require and have no part in Japan side operations or payment for those services. We do not receive any reward for this an no responsibility is taken in any part for your decisions or dealings with the 3rd party exporter including vehicles, parts purchased, decisions made or any correspondence.

We earn our income through our assistance services you select with us to help you with “self importing - as the importer” this relates to international and domestic shipping on your side and your countries associated, customs, clearance, delivery, and on road related services. We will not discuss or offer any advice around anything relating to your dealings with the Japan side exporter, services or systems and will refer you back to them.

We are only offering an introduction to the exporting company and we cannot offer a refund on their behalf simply because you have changed your mind or ordered the incorrect product for your application. This is including but not limited to based upon information used from our import guides. This information is from 3rd parties and only deemed to be a guide, may contains inaccurate or false data, is subject to change without notice and you take full responsibility solely as “the importer” for any decisions you make using this resource.

Vehicles and parts are supplied by third party exporters as “Caveat Emptor / As Is Where Is” and we recommend professional installation for parts and that you do all the required research to ensure the vehicle you order will comply with all laws in your country including any modifications performed to the vehicle. We can make no guarantees outside of Japan as to whether or not your country will allow the importation of the vehicle and the use of it. We ship vehicles and parts on your request and instructions, if a vehicles or parts is/are rejected for importation and require return to the origin country or to be destroyed you will be responsible for all costs and losses incurred.

Damaged or stolen goods: All goods are shipped at the purchasers risk of damage, theft, loses and cost using 3rd party providers we work with at your request. The providers we recommend usually require signature on receiving the consignment to prove both completion of delivery and of receiving the goods in undamaged condition. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure they are the person available to receive and check the goods including vehicles before signing and it is not acceptable for any signature on behalf or authority to deliver unsigned for a claim. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to reject damaged goods on arrival and to lodge a claim with the shipping provider to seek reimbursement for loses arising from damage. Although we and 3rd parties take due care to package the goods and label them appropriately we can not accept returns on goods damaged in transit, claims arising from theft or compensation due to non reimbursement from the shipping provider if they reject a claim and by placing an order through our store you have acknowledged and accepted this risk.

Where our third party providers have agreed to accept a return / claim it is the purchaser’s responsibility to cover the shipping to return the goods for refund, repair or replacement as the 3rd party supplier sees fit. We are not liable to refund the costs of initial shipping or our time charges which is carried out at your request on your behalf. All labour and consumables are the responsibility of the purchaser. We are not liable for loses related to the installation or removal of parts and costs relating to damages from these.

All goods must be returned to the address as requested by us for a claim to be processed, rectified, or refund issued. Goods must be the original product as provided in the same condition as prior to shipping with no additional marks or damage (other than transit damage) on return and with all original packaging and receipts. Please note the return process will include us or the third party investigating the product to determine it retains all the identifying factors that prove the product is the one originally sent to the purchaser and that it has not been abused, modified, tampered with or had parts interchanged before processing the refund into the account requested by you. When issuing a refund we can not be liable for incorrect account information provided to us by you that results in a loss. If fraudulent activity is deemed to have occurred a refund will be rejected and we may claim at our discretion by taking legal action to recover all losses we have incurred.
